Hello everyone. It was a really good WOM social on Wednesday, good opportunity to meet those two Producers from the BBC and chat about the film project they are working on down here on the Island. Good opportunity too to pitch my own website (www.davidcleghorn.tv) and my acting experience should they be in desperate need of a professional Actor who is IOW based (ok, I admit it, it WAS "kiss-ass" time). You could say it was a very Productive meeting!

Yes it was an interesting meet. Not that I would know much that went on as I spent most of the evening fixing Dadinas DVD laptop problem!!! Did you get it done Dadina?

Hello all. Barbara has "persuaded" me to give a talk for the October WOM. I was going to talk about reading your contract CAREFULLY and referencing a job I did nearby at a plush country house that turned out to be not quite what I expected. I knew things were going wrong when the guests arrived and started taking all their clothes off!!! It turned out to be a private S&M orgy over the whole weekend. However, Barbara told me you wouldn't be interested in any of that so I'm going to talk about Actors and Their Agents instead. How to get an agent; what an agent does; the differences between "Agents" and "Agencies" etc. Please do come along. David.
